Exchange Policy

1. Our exchange policy applies only for damaged goods or if customer has received the wrong item. Items below will NOT be clasified as defective, if:
- there is small furball (less than 0.5cm)
- snap button too tight (as all these are strictly new)



2. Customer must then contact us through email within 3 days from the date of goods received, attached with a photo of the items received, stating your order number, email address and contact number.


3. BB Outlet will confirm if the return of the damaged items (as classified by customer) is acceptable.


4. Returned items must be in its original condition. Any items returned dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for refund.


5. BB Outlet will not take the resposibility of cost of the delivery of exchange items, any losses or damages occurred during delivery.


NOTE: Exchange policy will not apply for SALES items.
