Shipping Policy

1. All items will be shipped out the next day after payment has been made for those READY STOCK. Those items which is not stated as READY STOCK, will have to wait for  about a week to be shipped out. BB Outlet will provide the shipment tracking number through email, once the item has been shipped out.


2. All products are fully imported and with quality. BB Outlet will inspect all the items to ensure that they are in good condition and quality before shipping it to the customers. This is to prevent the tedious process of exchanging or returning goods to occur.


3. All prices stated are not inclusive of the postage fees below:

West: RM6 (1-3pcs)
East: RM8 (1-3pcs) 


Registered Post
West: RM3
East: RM6


Pos Express
RM4 for 1 item or below 500g only


* Maximum weight is 2kg.
* Shipping will be free for the purchase of RM100 and above (applies to Domestic shipping only). This does not apply during SALES.


4. 'Cash-On-Delivery' (COD) is available for Penang area only. Kindly contact us for more information.


5. Shipping to other countries, kindly contact us to check on the postage fees.

Singapore:
First 500gm - RM26/SGD11
Next 500gm - RM2.50/ SGD1


Australia:
First 500gm - AUD26
Next 500gm - AUD6.50
